Judge the value of this service by the amount of time required to complete the service, especially the length of time spent in your attic cleaning the indoor coil. And if pictures are provided and appropriately explained to verify findings… that is a good sign the service was properly performed.
We provide bi-annual check-ups for our service agreement customers. They also receive a significant discount on repairs, should repairs be required. We do not charge overtime rates to our service agreement customers, regardless of when yours might need a repair…And we provide 24-hour service.
